I'd never considered buying my contact lenses online before but seeing (groan) as we're looking (another groan) at the eys this month I thought this would be the perfect excuse to take a look at online contact retailers and review them.

Well April Fool's Day seems as good a day as any to launch our new website. Because maybe we are fools for doing this!

We decided to start Your Five A Day because we've got to that stage in life where we suddenly need to start thinking about our health. We can't stay up late partying and eating what we like without it taking a toll on our bodies. Things are starting to sag and wrinkles are beginning to appear.

But many of the health websites out there seem to be aimed at real fitness fanatics - which we're definitely not. Your Five A Day has got plenty of advice and resources to help you get healthy but we hope it's also for real people who like having fun.
