Unfortunately we're nowhere near that good - Paul can get to 12,000 RPM but he has been practising the most (and obviously has the strongest wrists!), Anna can manage about 9,000 RPM but I'm useless. I can just about get to 6,000 RPM and that's if I can get the damn thing to start. But then I have difficulty getting the lids of jars!
