I'm back and I survived! After the last few years of rain it was wonderful to have a sunny Glastonbury and I crammed a hell of a lot in during the time I was there.
I didn't suffer from any health problems apart from a sunburnt face - the wind stopped me realising just how strong the sun was. Plus I managed to eat really well and had a varied diet with plenty of fruit and veg; watermelon, butternut squash risotto, strawberries, fruit smoothies, stir frys, vegetarian breakfasts, fish and chips ... Plus I must have walked for miles every day so I've come back feeling full of energy.
